How do I use a bonus code if I have one?

If you happen to have a bonus code, you can go to the Rewards tab to enable it.

Log in to Livecasino
Click on "Deposit" or your balance, in the menu choose "Claim reward"
Enter the promo code you were given in the ‘Promo code’ field. enter the code and click "Claim".
If the code is valid, it will be added to your Rewards tab as a claimable reward.

Does Livecasino have a welcome bonus?

At Livecasino, we don’t have a welcome bonus. Instead, we have the Livecasino Loyalty Club where you can be rewarded for playing your favourite games, and offer regular bonuses/rewards through promotions and tournaments for our players.

What is a free spin?

Free spins are free rounds on a game. Some free spin rewards in Livecasino come without any wagering requirements.

How can I get cash rewards?

Cash rewards can be acquired in the same way as other rewards/bonuses - through promotions and our tournaments.

If I have activated a bonus, can I make a withdrawal?

No. If you have an active bonus/reward, you will not be able to make a withdrawal until it’s completed. You do have the option to forfeit your bonus if you wish to.

My bonus/reward disappeared. What happened?

If your bonus/reward has disappeared, this means you’ve either completed the bonus or it has expired.

Can I cancel my bonus?

Yes, your bonus/reward can be forfeited if you choose to do so. All you have to do is:

Log in to Livecasino
Go to the Rewards tab
Click on the active reward, then click on the Forfeit button, and you will be shown a confirmation window. If you wish to continue, click "Yes"

What is the Loyalty Club?

The Livecasino.io Loyalty Club is where you can be rewarded for playing your favourite games. You can earn loyalty tier points from real money bets and receive points for the games that you play, be it slot games or table games. There are different loyalty tiers that you can reach, all of which give you rakeback tailored to your gameplay and currency used.

In order to claim rakeback, you must generate a minimum eligible amount (0.01 of any accepted wallet currency i.e 0.01 mBTC, 0.01 ETH, 0.01 LTC) in order for the "Add to balance" button to become available. Rakeback is generated separately per wallet currency used for betting (i.e you cannot generate USDT rakeback from bets made with ETH).
